Chief of Program Integrity and Analysis
The essential functions of the Program Integrity and Analysis Section are to provide program, and administrative support for DPA programs and operations. The Section is made the following units:
- DPA Internal Performance Measures
- Quality Assessment - provides feedback on the quality of our casework
- Fraud Control Unit - investigates possible fraud activity relating to the receipt of benefits
- Benefit Issuance & Recovery Unit - is responsible for all EBT management, EBT help desk, and direct deposit functions; overpayment claims establishment and recovery; Interim Assistance Reimbursement Agreements; and Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) data collection
- Contracted Services Quality Assessment - section is responsible for the continuous improvement monitoring of DPA grants, contracts, and service agreements
- Research Unit - provides program information support
