We are currently recruiting for an Eligibility Technician IV in the Juneau District Office.
The ET IV is responsible for the supervision of nineteen para-professional and support staff as well as the general office operations of the Juneau District Office. The Division of Public Assistance is one of four agencies in the Juneau Job Center offering a wide array of employment, training, and financial assistance to the Juneau community at large. The supervisor is responsible for the integrity and delivery of state and federal program services in accordance with state and federal guidelines. In addition, the incumbent must direct the activities of staff, coordinate office administration and ensure effective work processes, prepare regular and special reports, participate as a member of the Southeast Regional Management Team, ensure accurate implementation of program policies and procedures, ensure effective internal and external communication activities, participate on hiring teams, provide a wide array of training to staff personnel, and maintain an office environment that fosters and supports the Division's Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles.
