A Message from the Chief of Field Services to all Field Services Staff

As you are aware by the EIS-R updates, the ARIES Self-Service Portal (SSP) was scheduled to “go-live” on December 13 and we have met this goal! This means the ARIES SSP is available to the public today. Clients can access the SSP via the MyAlaska web portal which enables them to apply for Medicaid.

Now that the SSP is available, you may receive questions from clients about issues they encounter when using the SSP. Please familiarize yourself with the message below that clients will receive if issues are encountered in the SSP and keep it readily accessible. If you receive calls from clients needing assistance on completing their SSP application, please assist them by providing these options.

-Close your browser and re-try the application

-Download and print an application for assistance by clicking here complete, and mail to the nearest local DPA office:

-Contact your nearest local DPA office to apply by phone or obtain a paper application.

-If you live in a rural area, contact a fee agent to apply.

--Click here for a link to the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) to submit an application.

If you have any questions, please email Field Services at dpafield@alaska.gov.
