The Program Integrity & Analysis section (PI&A) has designed a website titled, DPA Reports, to more efficiently provide performance reports and other useful information. This site helps our individual offices to find performance related information more quickly because we consolidated it into one easily navigated website. To get to the site, click on “DPA Reports” in the Quick Links box in DPAweb. All reports are in Adobe PDF format. Please take a moment to surf this informative site.
As increasing emphasis is placed on the importance of performance measurement, we realize the need to provide managers with useful tools to assess trends and use data effectively. Hopefully, this website is a helpful step toward better information sharing for this purpose.
The DPA Reports website is split into four parts: Statewide, DPA Offices, Work Services, and Resources. To get to any one section, simply click on the name in the box at the top of each page. The Statewide section contains information at the statewide level, however, most statewide reports are broken down by district office. The DPA Offices section displays reports that contain only information for the selected district office. The Work Services page provides work services information for JAS offices. The Resources page contains report guides, FAQs, and other related documents. The Resources page also has a suggestion box to gather ideas for improving the site. PI&A plans to grow this site based on the needs of offices and staff. Please submit ideas for improved reports, additional material, or questions regarding the site by clicking on the Suggestion Box link. With your help, we hope to keep this site relevant and useful.
