The Program Integrity & Analysis unit split the District Office Performance Measures report into a timeliness report and an accuracy report. We split the report because the data for timeliness and accuracy are available at different times in the month.
The data for the timeliness measures are available soon after the beginning of each month whereas accuracy is available in the middle of the month. The accuracy information is not complete until after the Quality Assessment Review Committee meets to reconsider the payment errors, which is the middle of the month. We will compile the two new reports soon after the data for each is available rather than provide imprecise accuracy figures or delayed timeliness information.
Look forward to accessing the timeliness report at the end of the first week of each month and the accuracy report toward the end of the month. We hope this change will provide more accurate, timely, and useful information when you monitor your office’s performance.
