MS 102-4      FEE AGENT INTERVIEWS

• Revised section to include HAPHeating Assistance Program

MS 103-1 A      ILINX DOCUMENT

• Removed Family Progress Review as no longer used

MS 103-6      RETENTION OF CASE RECORDS

• Updated contact information for Division's Records Officers

MS 105-4      VIEWING AND VERIFYING CITIZENSHIP AND IDENTITY DOCUMENTS FOR MEDICAID

• Revised section to align with current program policy and procedures
• Remove subsection A as Medicaid verification is obtained through electronic verification

MS 105-14      SYSTEMATIC ALIEN VERIFICATION FOR ENTITLEMENTS - ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION PROCESS

• Clarified that due to confidentiality, DPADivision of Public Assistance is not allowed to disclose client information to law enforcement agencies, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), unless permissible under Section 100-3 of the Admin Manual.

MS 106-5      INSTANT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATIONS SYSTEM

• Added new Third Party Liability (TPL) data source
• Clarified that if an individual has a bank account at a financial institution that is not listed as an "early warning bank" in IEVSInstant Eligibility Verification System, they must use the "add bank" function when running an IEVSInstant Eligibility Verification System report for someone applying for or receiving ADLTCAged, Disabled and Long Term Care Manual Medicaid.

MS 108-3 A      MAKE SURE YOUR WRITING IS CLEAR AND EASY TO READ

• Clarified that staff used dollar sign in the notices when detailing income or amount used in the determination

MS 108-5      EIS NOTICE LISTING

• Added information regarding the new match notices (NDNH, death, and prisoner)
• Added M315 Application for SSISupplemental Security Income

MS 108-6      ARIES CORRESPONDENCES

• Revised section to include new system generated notice (automatic renewal not received closure notice)
• Revised section to include new manually generated notices (Notice of Match Result and Notice of Prisoner Match)

MS 114-2      PROCEDURES

• Updated missing links to case review guidelines/desk guide and process

MS 122-6      ALTERNATE PAYEE

• Updated contact information to FISFidelity National Information Services Customer Service when alternate payee reaches out to them
• Clarified the difference between clients requesting alternate payee card and alternate payee card with mandatory payee

MS 122-11      MANDATORY PAYEES

• Revised section to clarify who can sign the direct deposit form in mandatory payee situations
• Added link to Admin MS 100-3(I)

ADDENDUM 109-E      FRAUD REFERRAL AND FINDINGS CANO TEMPLATE

• Updated to remove GEN 97 and GEN 40 forms since no longer used for fraud referrals
