108-6          ARIES CORRESPONDENCES

 

ARIESAlaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services Correspondences are either system or manually generated, depending on the actions performed on the case such as when a caseworker approves, denies, or pends a case. ARIESAlaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services allows the caseworker to generate certain correspondences manually and add notes when additional information is required. The caseworker can search a list of manually generated documents in ARIESAlaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services by selecting "Correspondences" from the top level navigation bar then select "Generate Manual" from the second level navigation bar, and then click the Search button. The most current ARIESAlaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services Correspondences are listed below.

108-6 A.      LEGAL CITATION IN GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE

 

Correspondence sent to clients must contain federal or state statues and regulations specific to each program that supports the Division's action on cases. System generated correspondence automatically contain specific regulations or statues when an action is taken on the case. When sending generated manual correspondence in ARIESAlaska's Resource for Integrated Eligibility Services, the caseworker is required to enter specific state or federal statues and regulations in the "Free Form Text" section of the correspondence that supports the Division's action.
