OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 100-3 E SUBPOENAS AND COURT ORDER
- Updated Assistance Attorney General from Alexander Hildebrand to Justin Nelson
MS 100-3 H REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM OTHER AGENCIES
- Added WICWomen, Infants, and Children to the list of partner agencies, contractors, and grantees that do not require a release, along with the specific information that can be released
MS 101-4 B IDENTIFIABLE APPLICATION - STATEMENT OF TRUTH NOT SIGNED
- Removed the requirement to have the applicant initial each of the acknowledgements in the Acknowledgement of Understanding of Truth section of the application and recertification as these were removed from the forms
- Clarified that if DPADivision of Public Assistance receives an identifiable application (contains a name, address, and signature) that does not have a signature on the Acknowledgement of Understanding and Statement of Truth page, it should be registered as a request for service for the selected programs (MAGIModified Adjusted Gross Income Medicaid, HAPHeating Assistance Program, and SBSenior Benefits must be registered as normal) and a copy of the application returned to the household for signature. An eligibility determination cannot be made without a completed, signed application
MS 101-4 C IDENTIFIABLE APPLICATION WITH NO PROGRAM
- Clarified that an identifiable application with no program selected must be registered as a request for SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (RF)
MS 101-7 TIMELINESS STANDARDS
- Clarified that for all programs, the date of application is the date the application is received by DPADivision of Public Assistance. If the application is received outside normal business hours, DPADivision of Public Assistance will consider the date of application the next business day. Exception: for Medicaid applications received from the FFMFederally Facilitated Marketplace, the date of application is the date the application was received by the FFMFederally Facilitated Marketplace
