We have updated the Native Family Assistance Program (NFAPNative Family Assistance Program) Guide to make it more helpful for both State and Tribal staff. Highlights of revisions are described below. MS 9200-3 - ACTIVE NFAPNative Family Assistance Program AGENCIES
- Updated point of contact for KANAKodiak Area Native Association.
MS 9200-4 B.(1) - Required Forms
- Updated with the most recent Service Provider Eligibility Systems Security Agreement (SYS 1) form for new employees.
MS 9200-4 B.(2) - Annual Renewal
- Updated with the most recent Service Provider Eligibility Systems Security Agreement (SYS 1) form for employees during their annual renewal.
ADDENDUM 2 - System Request Checklists
- Updated the New Account Checklist and Renew Account Checklist with the updates to the Service Provider Eligibility Systems Security Agreement (SYS 1) form.
ADDENDUM 3 - Community Service Listing
- Updated the "Served By" section for Igiugig to align BBNA's service population listed in MS 9100-1 and the Community Service Listing by TANF Region.
