Each NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agency has a single point of contact (POCPoint of Contact) to help NFAPNative Family Assistance Program staff members who have issues using State of Alaska computer systems. All communications should come from the POCPoint of Contact to the sponsor.

9200-3 B.      POINT OF CONTACT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The POCPoint of Contact is responsible for ensuring all packets needed to request system access for new staff, annual renewals, changes, deletions, and password resets are submitted timely and are complete.
