All issues related to system access must go to the sponsor at the Division of Public Assistance. NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agency staff are not to contact the Help Desk directly. The sponsor will ensure all forms needed for action are received and completed correctly. The sponsor will then get the Director's signature if necessary and submit a ticket to the Help Desk. All emails should be sent to hss.dpa.policy@alaska.gov, even if the regular sponsor is out of the office. The current sponsor is:
