Crisis, or emergency assistance paid to, or on behalf of a low-income adult(s) with dependent child(ren) under the age of 19. NRSTNon-Recurrent Short-Term benefits for crisis, or emergency assistance are intended not to exceed the household's maximum payment over three months.
