ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefits that were replaced after being skimmed by electronic equipment or otherwise fraudulently obtained by access to an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card are disregarded as income. ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefits are restored in a lump sum payment to replace the amount of stolen ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefits if the theft is reported to DPADivision of Public Assistance on form Gen172 within 90-calendar days from the date of the electronic theft transaction.
