The replacement of stolen TANFTemporary Assistance to Needy Families benefits that were skimmed by electronic equipment or otherwise fraudulently obtained by accessing an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card. ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefits will be restored in a lump sum payment to replace the amount of ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program stolen benefits if the theft is reported to DPADivision of Public Assistance within 90-calendar days from the date of the electronic theft transaction.
