ENTIRE MANUAL
- Revised terminology from "field staff" to "caseworkers" for consistency
- Changed Qualis Health to Comagine Health due to the company's name change
MS 100-8 J HIPAA PRIVACY OFFICERS
- Updated Privacy Officers contact information
MS 101-4 RECEIPT OF AN IDENTIFIABLE APPLICATION
- Clarified that the Acknowledgement of Understanding is considered part of the Statement of Truth
MS 101-5 WHERE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
- Revised subsection D as Heating Assistance Program applications are processed statewide
MS 102-2 SCREENING
- Replaced outdated GEN 50B application references with GEN 50C
- Updated the page number on the GEN 50C used for screening expedited SNAP benefits
MS 104-1 FIRST CONTACT RESOLUTION
- Revised subsection C as Heating Assistance Program applications are processed statewide
- Revised section for offices handling clients in person, phone calls, mail and drop off documents
- Removed Coastal email since this is no longer valid
- Revised section on processing applications, reviews, reports of change, and pended cases
- Referred staff to HowWe Guide for handling and processing cases
- Changed PathOS to current™ as it was upgraded on October 6, 2020
MS 104-3 TOOLS FOR EFFECTIVE CASELOAD MANAGEMENT
- Removed note under #6 as ABAWD requirements are explained in the SNAP manual
MS 105-13 PARTIAL LIST OF VERIFICATION SOURCE
- Changed name of the child support system from NSTAR to WINSTAR in subsection B and D

- Retitled subsection A to include both early and post certification referrals
