Several sections of the Administrative Procedures Manual have been revised. Highlights of the revisions are described below.

100-3E Subpoenas and Court Orders
100-10C Potential Conflict of Interest
- Updates section that prohibits employees from accessing or viewing their benefits or cases on any systems including but not limited to ARIES, EIS, and CMS
103 Casefiles
103-3C Case Numbering Rules for DPA Programs
- Removes DKC references and replaces it with MAGI Medicaid
- Updates case numbering rules for MAGI Medicaid
- Adds HPE and Incarceration Medicaid case numbering
- Clarifies that WD 19 and DE 25 must be registered on a stand-alone case and not attached with any other cases or programs
105 Verification Procedures
105-1B Mandatory Verification
- Updates that IPV status check in eDRS is required on applicants and newly added household members for Food Stamps
- Updates mandatory verification of Alien Status and US citizenship are required for Senior Benefits
105-13C Verification of Deprivation in Family Medicaid Cases
- Removes subsection since no longer applies

108-5 EIS Notice Listing
- Adds N391 Proof of Drug Felony Eligibility Needed notice
117 Right to a Fair Hearing
117-1B How to Request a Fair Hearing
- Adds that staff must include additional information in the subject line of the email when sending fair hearing requests
124 Title IV-E/DPA Transfer
124 Title IV-E/DPA Transfer Protocols
- Adds OCS will send all requests to FSSU when child enters or leaves OCS custody and FSSU will either process the change or notify the appropriate DPA office or team to take action on the case
124-1 Child or Youth Taken in OCS Custody
- Adds when OCS emails FSSU that a child is taken into OCS custody, DPA will end the child's Medicaid coverage on the case
124-2 Reserved
- Removes section when a child receiving DKC is taken into OCS
124-3 SSI Children and Youth
- Clarifies OCS will contact FSSU by email when a SSI child enters and leaves OCS custody
124-5 Child Returns to Home
- Adds if a child returns home for a trial home visit, the child remains coded out of the household or "Foster Care" on the MAGI Medicaid case
124-6 TEFRA Medicaid Eligible Child Taken into OCS Custody
- Clarifies that OCS emails FSSU when a child returns home so the TEFRA caseworker can take appropriate action on the case
Addenda
Addendum 109 A CANO Format
- Adds what documentation was used to verify when a drug felon is eligible for FS and TA. Identify how the drug felon has complied and met one of the conditions to be eligible for FS and TA benefits.
- Adds that staff must document if IPV status was checked in eDRS on applicants and newly added household members prior to approving Food Stamps benefits
