The main objective of performing case reviews is to improve the quality of the casework being performed by teams and caseworkers. Reviewing cases is the primary function of the Statewide Case Review team and is critically important to discerning and measuring the quality of work being produced in the field.

By fulfilling the objective of providing information, quickly and continuously, case reviews have a tremendous impact on the overall quality of program administration, from the work of individual caseworkers in the field to the Division's policy making decision.
