1001-9          NOTIFICATION OF PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

DPADivision of Public Assistance requires that clients are provided with a thorough description of program and participation requirements that include:

1. FSSPFamily Self Sufficiency Plan development, see WSPMWork Services Procedure Manual MS 1002;
2. Work activity participation requirements, see WSPMWork Services Procedure Manual MS 1003-2; and,
3. Penalties, see WSPMWork Services Procedure Manual MS 1007.
