Documentation of the client's participation in completing the Employment Planning Interview and of the Case Manager's attempts at client engagement and re-engagement are required to demonstrate due diligence.

A copy of the EPIEmployment Planning Interview will be maintained in the client's hard file or all elements of the EPIEmployment Planning Interview are included in the CLNOClient Notes and the form is uploaded into the electronic file.
