Documentation of a client's participation in completing the EAEmployability Assessment and of the Case Manager's attempts to engage the client is required to demonstrate due diligence.

A copy of the TA5 will be maintained in the client's hard file (if applicable) and all elements of the EAEmployability Assessment are included in the CLNOClient Notes.
