1027-2           INITIATING NEGOTIATED JOB DEVELOPMENT

The WSCM Work Services Case Manager must invite the JD Job Developer to participate in the EPM Employment Planning Meeting.

At the EPM, the JD provides input as appropriate and contributes to the development of the Employment Plan, including determining level of representation appropriate to the job seeker.

At the conclusion of the EPM, the WSCM must coordinate and schedule a meeting between the WSCM, the DS Discovery Services, the job seeker and the JD to develop a Portfolio (WSPM Section 1027). The will determine the approximate date/time range based on time needed to research industries and specific businesses.

The WSCM must document the scheduled Portfolio meeting as a CLNO Client Notes.

The WSCM must provide the JD a copy of the Employment Plan, contact information for the job seeker and the DS at the conclusion of the EPM Employment Planning Meeting.
