1024-2           MEETING ROOM SET-UP PRIOR TO MEETING

The Case Manager and Discovery Specialist collaboratively arrange meeting space:

• Seating and tables to ensure communication and eye contact.

• Post wall paper with headings (see IV, F).

• Place easel in view of all attendees. The note taker uses the easel as a writing board to record input on wall paper. Ensure a number of markers.

• Distribute supplies to individual seats (post-it pads, note paper, pens, place cards – if using)

• Set out sign-in sheet and additional copies of the Profile (inclusive of parts I, II and III)
