1024-2 MEETING ROOM SET-UP PRIOR TO MEETING
The Case Manager and Discovery Specialist collaboratively arrange meeting space:
Seating and tables to ensure communication and eye contact.
Post wall paper with headings (see IV, F).
Place easel in view of all attendees. The note taker uses the easel as a writing board to record input on wall paper. Ensure a number of markers.
Distribute supplies to individual seats (post-it pads, note paper, pens, place cards – if using)
Set out sign-in sheet and additional copies of the Profile (inclusive of parts I, II and III)
