A. Staff Termination

1. 1. 1. DPA Division of Public Assistance will not dictate whether an agency may or may not retain staff. DPA Division of Public Assistance does retain the authority to deny an agency’s employee to provide Work Services. Staff who engages in misconduct must be reported, in writing, to WSTA@alaska.gov within 24 hours of the Manager’s knowledge of the event.

B. Grant or contract termination will occur as defined in the grant or contract.
