The self-employment annualization table has been updated based on changes in the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) for Alaska, effective April 1, 2024.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

MS 700-4      VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

• Clarified that ineligibility cannot be determined based solely on the information listed on a client's application or recertification. The client must be given the opportunity to verbally confirm or provide documentation.

MS 718-1      SOCIAL SECURITY ENUMERATION REQUIREMENTS

• Removed SharePoint reference to SSNSocial Security Number Enumeration Letter as staff have received new instruction on how to proceed with this scenario via broadcast.

MS 759-6 E      INCOME FROM SELF-EMPLOYMENT

• Updated Self-Employment Standards due to FPLFederal Poverty Limit changes effective April 2024.
