The Self-Employment Annualization Standards have been updated for 2018 based on the change in federal poverty level for Alaska.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 700-4 A VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Added clarification that proof of compliance with drug felon criteria is required.
MS 758 UNEARNED INCOME
- Added bullet to include Crowdfunding as countable unearned income.
MS 758-9 CROWDFUNDING
- Added subsection explaining how to count Crowdfunding.
MS 759-6 E (4) ANNUALIZATION DETERMINATION
- Updated the Self-Employment Annualization Standards due to FPLFederal Poverty Limit changes effective April 2018.
MS 770-3 MINOR PARENTS
- Changed terminology from "teen parent coordinator" to "minor parent coordinator" for consistency.
MS 770-3 A (1) DEFINITIONS
- Added a bullet clarifying that a minor parent is not claimed as a dependent on their parent's open Temporary Assistance case.
MS 770-3 D (1) REFERRAL TO MINOR PARENT COORDINATOR
- Clarified the FSSPFamily Self-Sufficiency Plan and referral process for minor teen parents.
MS 770-7 INELIGIBLE DRUG FELONS
- Changed hyperlink in the note from Admin Manual Section 105-1 to TATemporary Assistance MS 700-4 A (1) for clarity.
MS 791-3 (7) ADEQUATE NOTICE
- Clarified the use of adequate notice in loss of contact situations to match state regulations, for consistency.
