720-1          MAXIMUM PAYMENT STANDARD

The maximum payment for a two-parent family is the same as for a family with one caretaker relative.  The only exception to this policy is if one of the parents is incapacitated.  In that situation, a higher payment standard is allowed.  For more information on payment standards, see ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program MSManual Section 780.
