This chapter explains the methods used to calculate benefit amounts for an assistance unit that meets all non-financial factors eligibility and passes the 185% and Income Eligibility Determination tests, as explained in the previous chapter. This section also explains how and to whom ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefit payments are made.
