  1. Sibling(s) of a dependent child who do(es) not meet Temporary Assistance age requirements;

Note:

Brothers and sisters include half-siblings but exclude step-siblings.

  1. An ineligible alien who is not the dependent child's natural or adoptive parent;

  2. Any individual for whom state or Title IV-E foster care payments are being paid. (See ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program MSManual Section 711-6 C for information about OCSOffice of Children's Services children returning to the home for a trial visit.)
