We are making several changes to incorporate new policy and clarify existing policy.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
420-2(B) Time Limit for Pursuit of SSISupplemental Security Income Benefits
- Clarified that APAAdult Public Assistance applicants have 30 days from the interview date to be in pay status with SSISupplemental Security Income.
- Clarified that for APAAdult Public Assistance recipients, benefits continue until the Social Security Administration makes a decision, if they provide proof of an SSISupplemental Security Income application.
433-4 ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience Accounts
- Updated 2023 Max Allowable Additional Contributions for certain employed ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience account beneficiaries.
441-2L Support and Alimony Payments
- Clarified that child support is only countable to an APAAdult Public Assistance recipient if the child no longer lives with the APAAdult Public Assistance recipient.
452-12 Retroactive APAAdult Public Assistance Benefit Calculations
- Added information regarding APAAdult Public Assistance underpayments when IAInterim Assistance is converted to APAAdult Public Assistance.
