We are making several changes to incorporate new policy, clarify existing policy, and align policies within our program policy manuals. Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

426-2 F. CONTACTING THE MEDICAL REVIEWER
Added a note to write "terminal", when appropriate, on the Interim Assistance paperwork when sending to the Medical Reviewer
433-3 PERMANENT FUND DIVIDEND
Deleted a reference to the PFD Hold Harmless manual because it no longer exists
433-4 ABLE ACCOUNTS
Clarified that housing distribution from an ABLE account only is counted as a resource the month after the month of receipt
