100-3H      Request for Information from Other Agencies

• Adds Department of Corrections (DOC) to list of partner agencies that DPA can release and receive requested information without written release of information from clients.

104      Statewide Process Management

104-4B      Requests for Information Deadline Dates

• Updates section due to statewide workload that all offices can allow 15 days for households residing in rural areas to accommodate delays in mail delivery.

105      Verification Procedures

105-14G      Third Step Verification - Using G-845 Form

• Updates mailing address when sending Form G-845 and G-845s (Supplement), including for Cuban-Haitian Entrant Verification.

113      Quality Assessment (QA)

113-7      QA Reviewer Contact with the Caseworker

• Removes the Food Stamp Program.
