116-11        DIVERSION

Diversion payments issued by an NFAP Native Family Assistance Program are disregarded for Alaska Temporary Assistance purposes.  They will not count toward the criteria of once a year up to a maximum of four diversion determinations in a lifetime.  Diversion income will only count if it was issued in the month of application.
