Penalties and sanctions imposed by DPA Division of Public Assistance or an NFAP Native Family Assistance Program do not transfer between organizations with the exception of IPV Intentional Program Violation (Intentional Program Violation) penalties.

Penalties for job refusal or job-quit disqualification if the applicant quit or refused work without good cause do not transfer between DPA Division of Public Assistance and an NFAP Native Family Assistance Program .

Intentional program violations or fraud disqualifications imposed by an NFAP Native Family Assistance Program continue through the disqualification period set by the NFAP Native Family Assistance Program and vice versa.
