114-1 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Office supervisors and regional managers have a key role in insuring the effectiveness of Quality Assurance in their respective areas. Staff selected for this role must be highly knowledgeable, mature, and objective in reaching decisions on case reviews and communicating their findings.
Case Review Feedback (Gen 57) sheets must be carefully and quickly used by management to correct staff misunderstandings or lack of knowledge, as well as to obtain corrective action on cases with errors. The ultimate purpose, of course, is to assist staff in reducing the incidence of errors wherever possible, or identify areas needing clarification or revision in program manuals and instructions.
