107-4          PENALTY FOR NOT REPORTING

Failure to report changes in a timely manner may result in the wrong amount of benefits being issued. The client will be asked to repay any overpayment resulting from not reporting. The client may also be referred to the Fraud Control Unit if an intentional program violation is suspected.
