Several interfaces are available to DPADivision of Public Assistance staff who have security clearance to access the information. The interface-match screens include the Department of Labor (DOLDepartment of Labor) wage match, Internal Revenue Service (IRSInternal Revenue Service) unearned income match, and the SSASocial Security Administration Beneficiary Earnings Exchange Record System (BEERSBenefit Earnings Exchange Record System).

EISEligibility Information System generates an alert (ETALET Alerts screen) when there is a successful match with an EISEligibility Information System client for IRSInternal Revenue Service or BEERSBenefit Earnings Exchange Record System. One Program Integrity & Analysis (PIAProgram Integrity & Analysis) employee who is authorized to process the IRSInternal Revenue Service and BEERSBenefit Earnings Exchange Record System alerts receives these alerts. The IRSInternal Revenue Service and BEERSBenefit Earnings Exchange Record System information is only available to this authorized PIAProgram Integrity & Analysis employee, which is an IRSInternal Revenue Service "safeguarding" requirement. The safeguarding procedures for the BEERSBenefit Earnings Exchange Record System alert are the same as described for the IRSInternal Revenue Service alert.
