We have updated the program standards with the new Federal Poverty Levels. Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

310-1(D)  What is an identifiable application 

• Revised to section for clarity and to align with business processes.

310-3(D)  Verification

• Changed Child Support Services Division (CSSD) to Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED).
• Revised section for clarity. 

322  Alaska Residency

• Clarified when caseworkers should consider Alaska residency questionable.

330-1  Income Limits

• Updated the income limits due to the Federal Poverty Guidelines change effective April 1, 2025.

ADDENDUM 1 

• Removed as an EIS(Eligibility Information System) notice list exists in the Admin Manual.
