361-4         SITUATIONS THAT REQUIRE TIMELY NOTICE

The Senior Benefits worker must provide timely notice in the following situations:

Action to terminate benefits.

Action to reduce benefits. 

Action to suspend benefits.

Adverse action taken on a review application.
