362      FAIR HEARINGS

Any Senior Benefits applicant or recipient whose application is not acted on within 30 days after its receipt, or who is affected by any adverse action taken on his or her case may request a fair hearing.  The fair hearing request must be made in writing to any employee of the Division of Public Assistance.  

Hearing procedures are detailed in the  Administrative Procedures Manual Chapter 117-2.
