We have updated the Native Family Assistance Program (NFAPNative Family Assistance Program) Guide to make it more helpful for both State and Tribal staff. Highlights of revisions are described below. MS 9200-4 B (1) NEW EMPLOYEE
- Updated the Service Provider Computer Security Agreement (SYS 1) form link and form name for new employees
- Updated the form name for the Mainframe Logon ID Request Form
- Updated the link to the SAM Workorder Form to the current version
MS 9200-4 B (2) ANNUAL RENEWAL
