Several sections of the Heating Assistance Program Policy Manual have been revised in order to incorporate new policy, clarify existing policy, and align policies within our policy manuals.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 3001-4 (A) VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INITIAL APPLICATIONS
Removed the requirement for a client to provide an electric vendor account number and billing statement, when 0% of the grant will be used to pay the electric bill, as this action is no longer required.
Replaced lettered list with bulleted list, to better align with the SNAP manual.
