3005      EXPEDITED APPLICATIONS

Expedited service is provided to households in crisis, life-threatening crisis, or to households who meet the medically necessary criteria as defined in HAP MS 3000-2. All households must also meet the eligibility criteria listed in HAP MS 3005-1.
