1018-7 CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The WSPWork Services Provider and its staff will not engage in conflicts of interest. Conflicts include but are not limited to:
- Providing Temporary Assistance case management services to individuals employed by the WSPWork Services Provider;
- Developing vendor/sub-contractor agreements with individuals employed by the WSPWork Services Provider;
- Developing vendor agreements, sub-contractor agreements, or using supportive service monies to pay for services provided by the WSPWork Services Provider;
- Soliciting or accepting gifts that benefit the WSPWork Services Provider or its employees;
- Accessing or using information received through the Case Management System, form clients, or DPADivision of Public Assistance staff for any purpose other than providing direct services to individuals assigned to the WSPWork Services Provider.
