1015-2          CASELOAD REDUCTION CREDIT ANNUAL REPORT

Section 407(b)(3) of the Social Security Act, as amended by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA), requires DPADivision of Public Assistance to reduce a state's required work participation rate for a fiscal year by the state's caseload reduction rate for that fiscal year. The caseload reduction credit gives a state credit for reducing its caseload between a base year and a comparison year.

1. The Caseload Reduction Credit Annual report is a federally required report and is a DPADivision of Public Assistance internal report only.
2. This report is not readily accessible to Work Services providers.
3. This report is an internal document that is generated by DPADivision of Public Assistance's Research and Analysis unit and is verified and submitted to the Federal Administration of Children and Family Services by the department's Administrative Operations Manager.
