When an ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program case closes with earnings, the family with children eligible for childcare is referred to the local PASSParents Achieving Self-Sufficiency II administrator for childcare assistance services, see ATAP MS 740-2. All families with potentially eligible children are informed of the resource through the PASSParents Achieving Self-Sufficiency II referral notice (W150). All requests for case closure with income should include a request that the PASSParents Achieving Self-Sufficiency II notice is distributed according to ATAP 740-2.
