1008-5          NON-COMPLIANCE DURING AN EXTENSION

Clients must develop and comply with a FSSPFamily Self Sufficiency Plan per WSPM 1002 while receiving an extension.  The extension criteria identified in ATAP MS 701-4 determines the penalty for non-compliance.
