1007-2 REQUESTING A PENALTY
The following process applies when a Work Services case manager has determined that a WAWork Activity or SSSupportive Services penalty is appropriate.
Case manager actions:
- Enter a Client Note (CLNO) and Case Note (CANO) documenting the penalty code and reason.
- Send the request to hss.dpa.offices@alaska.gov.
Email detail:
- Subject Line: "Work Services"
- Body of email: Client ID, request, and CANO reference (e.g.: "0600444444 - penalty request - see CANO dated 1/25/21"
