Present the job offer to job seeker:

Upon completion of the job description and training plan, determination of wages and a work schedule, the employer may make an official offer to hire. The next step is to inform the job seeker of the offer.

Note: 

Document all contacts between the JD and employer regarding finalizing a hire on the log and CMS. Cut and paste Word created documents such as the job description and training plan in CMS.

Obtain agreement of the job seeker:

After the job description, training plan, wages and work schedule have been agreed upon the JD must meet with the job seeker to ensure agreement with the job offer and conditions.

Prepare documents for hire:

Employers may require specific documents, some that are legally required, and some that are required as part of the business/organization’s policies. It is the responsibility of the JD to work with the job seeker to ensure the employer receives required documentation.
