Support case managers who need additional help determining course of action for clients who experience complexities.
Monitor client progress by reviewing reports and data.
FF orientation geared to DHSS agency staff, other community partners and clients.
Consultation to case managers in administrating Families First Work Services (FFWS) procedures, including partnering with agencies and carrying out Family Support Teams (FSTs).
Training on specific topics, including FSTs, Discovery, Profile, Employment Planning, Portfolio development, Negotiated Job Development, and employment follow-up.
Provision of sample forms and other materials geared to carry out FFWS procedures.
Manage and make determinations on the Consultation Requests for changes in service delivery track, Discovery and Social Security screening/referral.
