We are making several changes to clarify existing policy as a result of suggestions from the field and Work Service Providers.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 1003-1- C- 2 PERFORMANCE MEASURE DEFINITIONS - CASES THAT CLOSE WITH EARNINGS
Updated the performance measure "met" definition of cases that don't return to include cases that closed with SSI /SSDI six months ago and have not returned to the caseload in the past six months.
MS 1003-1- C- 3 PERFORMANCE MEASURE DEFINITIONS - CASES THAT DON'T RETURN
Updated the performance measure "met" definition of cases that don't return to include cases that closed with SSI /SSDI six months ago and have not returned to the caseload in the past six months
MS 1003-3- A- 5 COMMUNITY WORK EXPERIENCE (CWE)
Clarified that individuals participating in Americorps, VISTA , and MASST programs will be coded as a CWE placement and must include CWE site and placement agreement.
MS 1010 SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY SCREENING AND ADVOCACY
Added links to WSPM 1003-1-C-2 and WSPM 1003-1-C-3 referencing how performance measures count cases that close with SSI /SSDI .
MS 1013-1-D Work Services Case Management in Post-TA
Clarified that work service providers should contact WSTA for assistance in determining the most appropriate service provider when a client relocates between regions while post-TA eligible.
