1004-2           DUE DILIGENCE OF WORK SERVICES PROVIDER MANAGEMENT

Due diligence is measured by the documentation of the client’s progress toward their self-sufficiency goals. If a client is not making progress, it is the responsibility of the Work Services Provider (WSP) to determine and provide other techniques.  Documentation of these activities is required:

1.     The WSP is required to collect data for reporting and measuring (WSPM Section 1002) activities;

2.     The WSP must participate in scheduled quality assurance reviews;

3.     The WSP must manage and train staff to follow the Policy (ATAP Manual) and Procedures (WSPM) as set forth in the contract.
