790-7          EFFECT OF CHANGES ON OTHER PROGRAMS

Many changes reported on a TATemporary Assistance case may affect SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, APAAdult Public Assistance , Medicaid, GRAGeneral Relief Assistance , or CAMAChronic and Acute Medical Assistance cases, even if they require no TATemporary Assistance casework.  The caseworker must examine each reported change to determine if action is required for any related program.

The caseworker must also consider the effect of reported changes on a participant's current FSSPFamily Self-Sufficiency Plan.  The caseworker should notify the participant's Work Services case manager of any change that may affect the participant's efforts to move the family towards self-sufficiency, such as employment-related changes, illness, etc.
